Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in programs, services, and content offered by Soda Skool, a company based in Mohali, Punjab, India ("Soda Skool", "we", "us", "our").

By enrolling in any program, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Soda Skool provides offline, skill-based education programs focused on AI, content creation, digital media, and related domains. Our programs are designed for practical learning, exposure, and skill development. Soda Skool is not a university, degree-granting institution, or placement agency.

2. Program Structure & Delivery

Programs are conducted primarily through in-person classes in Mohali, along with practical sessions, workshops, assignments, and mentorship. The exact curriculum, schedule, tools, mentors, or learning format may be modified from time to time based on availability, improvements, or operational requirements.

Soda Skool reserves the right to update, revise, or restructure any part of the program at its sole discretion.

3. Direct hiring collaborations and Talent Portal access

There may be a set of companies that Soda Skool works with directly to support their hiring needs. In such cases, an internal Soda Skool team may help facilitate connections between learners and hiring companies based on relevance and skill fit. This support is available only up to six (6) months after the completion of the learner's last mandatory class under the enrolled program. After this period, Soda Skool is not obligated to provide further hiring assistance through this channel.

At present, Soda Skool's Talent Portal is under development. Once the Talent Portal is live, eligible learners will be able to create and access their profiles, which may be discoverable by recruiters and partner companies. Learners enrolled in Soda Skool programs will receive up to one (1) year of complimentary access to the Talent Portal from the date it becomes active or from their program completion date, whichever is applicable. Continued access beyond this period may be subject to additional terms or fees as determined by Soda Skool.

4. Fees & No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Soda Skool are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

5. Information Accuracy & Changes

While Soda Skool strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on its website, brochures, and communications, some information may be subject to change in real time.

6. MacBook / Equipment Usage (If Applicable)

If any equipment (including but not limited to laptops or devices) is provided during the program, it remains the property of Soda Skool or its partners. Participants are responsible for proper usage and care. Any damage, loss, or misuse may result in recovery charges or penalties as determined by Soda Skool.

7. Attendance & Discipline

Participants are expected to maintain discipline, regular attendance, and respectful behavior. Soda Skool reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant for misconduct, misuse of facilities, disruption, or violation of these Terms without any refund or liability.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, content, frameworks, recordings, documents, and teaching methodologies are the intellectual property of Soda Skool. Participants may not copy, distribute, record, sell, or reuse any material for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Soda Skool shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program, use of information, or reliance on any outcomes discussed during the course.

10. Code of Conduct

Participants must not engage in:

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mohali, Punjab.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any Soda Skool program or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
